Also, keep the sign-up form minimal; make only the necessary fields compulsory, and suggest updating the profile after they sign up. Currently, the website has a lot of details for signing up. And no one can see the schedule unless they sign up. Another way to do it is to maybe show the schedule to everyone and ask for an account when they sign up for a slot.
